Serving as our Child and Family Support Therapist & Liaison, she’s here to help families with parent counseling, connecting with resources, and supporting clients whose needs go beyond ABA. Owner, Compassionate Care ABA
Kristy Katsoris, MA, BCBA, LBS
Kristy Katsoris is the founder of Compassionate Care ABA, where she is dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism in Bucks County, PA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), Kristy brings extensive experience in early intervention, behavior modification, and parent training.
​
Her passion for individualized and compassionate care is deeply rooted in her personal journey as a mother of five, including four children on the autism spectrum. This lived experience strengthens her commitment to building meaningful skills, fostering independence, and empowering families throughout their ABA journey.
​
Beyond her professional work, Kristy is a strong advocate for autism awareness and community support. She enjoys volunteering, supporting her children’s academic and extracurricular activities, and spending quality time with her family.

Clinical Supervisor & Lead RBT
Lynnijah Golback, RBT
Lynnijah (“Lynn”) Golback is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician and Supervisor at Compassionate Care ABA. With over eight years of experience in the field of autism and behavioral support, she has worked with children as young as 18 months, helping them build skills, independence, and confidence.
​
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a minor in Communications and Media, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work. Her strong educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows her to approach therapy with both clinical expertise and compassion.
​
Known for her ability to turn challenging situations into opportunities for growth, Lynn is deeply committed to supporting her clients and mentoring staff. Beyond her professional role, she is a proud mother of two and enjoys all things fashion, beauty, bows, and traveling.

Caseload Supervisor & BCBA Intern
Zainab Amjad, RBT
Zainab Amjad is a Caseload Supervisor and BCBA Intern at Compassionate Care ABA. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Penn State University, building on her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Zainab has been working in the field of ABA since 2019 and brings years of hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. In her current role, she supports both clients and staff by ensuring high-quality programming, supervising cases, and applying the principles of ABA with care and precision.
​
Passionate about making a difference, Zainab is dedicated to helping children achieve meaningful progress and supporting families throughout their ABA journey. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, roller skating, and reading.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Aspen Wiltrout, MA, BCBA, LBS
Aspen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) withover 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her career began abroad, teaching English in Israel and working as a preschool teacher—experiences that sparked her passion for early education and developmental support. While working as an aba therapist, Aspen went on to complete her Master’s in Applied Psychology at Rider University and obtained her BCBA credential in 2018.
Aspen specializes in early intervention, focusing on communication, socialization, and reducing
challenging behavior using evidence-based strategies. She is dedicated to building strong
relationships with families and empowering them to help their children thrive and reach their full potential. In her spare time, Aspen enjoys reading and going for walks in nature with her husband, newborn son, and two rescue dogs!

Behavior Therapist & BCBA Student
Brianna Maher
Bri is an ABA therapist and Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with seven years of experience supporting individuals with autism and other developmental needs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis on the path to becoming a BCBA.
​
For Bri, this work is deeply personal as well as professional—she is also a step-parent to a child with autism. That perspective has given her a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face and the life-changing difference that compassionate, individualized support can make.
Bri is especially passionate about helping nonverbal clients find their voices and believes in partnering closely with families to create lasting improvements in behavior, communication, and independence. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, empathy, and a commitment to meaningful progress for every child she serves.

Trainer & Lead Behavior Therapist
Haylee Ballantyne
Haylee Ballantyne serves as the Lead Behavior Therapist and Trainer at Compassionate Care ABA. With over six years of experience in the field of autism and behavioral support, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She spent five years as a paraprofessional in a school district before transitioning into ABA therapy full-time, where she quickly distinguished herself through her skill, dedication, and ability to connect with clients.

In her current role, Haylee not only provides high-quality direct therapy but also trains new and current staff in effective ABA strategies, modeling best practices and ensuring consistency across clients. She often helps launch services with new clients—establishing routines, modeling strategies, and supporting staff until they feel confident and independent.
Haylee is deeply committed to supporting individuals in making meaningful progress. She finds joy in watching her clients grow, succeed, and build positive connections, while also empowering therapists to feel confident and capable in their work. Her goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where every client feels seen, valued, and empowered.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Alyssa Pizzigoni, MA, BCBA, LBS
Alyssa Pizzigoni is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) at Compassionate Care ABA. She has over six years of experience supporting children with autism across a variety of settings, including elementary schools, homes, clinics, preschools/daycares, and the community.
Alyssa began her career as a special education teacher in an Autistic Support program, where she quickly discovered her passion for behavior analysis. While teaching, she earned her Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Pennsylvania Western University in 2022. She went on to achieve her BCBA certification in 2023.
Alyssa takes pride in integrating her classroom background into her clinical practice. She is particularly passionate about expanding communication through a variety of methods, increasing prosocial behaviors, and reducing challenging behaviors through appropriate replacement strategies. She values strong family partnerships and is committed to building supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with those she serves.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys reading, cooking, playing pickleball, running, and spending time with her puppy.

Behavior Therapist & Clinic Teacher
Kiki Benain
Kiki Benain is a Behavior Therapist and Clinic Teacher at Compassionate Care ABA, where she leads the classroom and provides school readiness programming for our learners. Known as the heartbeat of our ABA Center, Miss Kiki oversees curriculum, conducts morning meetings, and integrates language development, social skills, arts and crafts, and so much more into the daily routine.

With three years of experience working with children, Kiki’s joy, positivity, and compassion shine through in every interaction. She loves guiding learners through meaningful experiences that prepare them for success in school and beyond. Her energy, creativity, and dedication make the classroom a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

Beyond her professional role, Kiki is a proud mother and a breast cancer survivor, whose journey has strengthened her gratitude and spirit. She thrives on spreading joy, positivity, and love to everyone around her—whether with clients, families, or her own loved ones.

Erica Berry
Erica Berry, Behavioral Therapist
Erica Berry is a dedicated Behavioral Therapist at Compassionate Care ABA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and began her formal career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2021.
Her passion for supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, however, began long before that—dating back to her high school years.
Since entering the field, Erica has gained extensive experience across multiple settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. She has worked with children as young as two and supported social skills and behavioral development programs for learners up to age sixteen.

Erica is deeply passionate about helping neurodiverse children reach their fullest potential. She believes that every step forward—no matter how small—is a milestone worth celebrating. Guided by empathy, patience, and an unwavering belief in progress, Erica strives to create meaningful change and promote greater independence for every learner she supports.

Lisette Perez
Lisette Perez brings several years of experience in early childhood development to her role at Compassionate Care ABA. With a strong foundation working in preschool settings, Lisette has developed a deep understanding of child development, learning readiness, and the importance of early intervention.

Lisette is currently working toward her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and is dedicated to expanding her clinical skill set. Her passion for ABA grew from her time in early childhood education, where she witnessed firsthand the significant need for high-quality, compassionate support for children with autism.

Lisette has a natural ability to connect with children and approaches each session with patience, warmth, and enthusiasm. She is committed to helping every child build confidence, learn new skills, and feel successful in their daily routines. Her heart for supporting young learners and her drive to grow professionally make her a valued member of the CCABA team.

Cindy Kay-Salmon, M.Ed
Cindy Kay-Salmon holds a Master’s degree in Education from Holy Family University and brings a rich academic background in Sociology, General Education, and Special Education. With over 15 years of experience in education and behavior support, Cindy is passionate about helping individuals on the autism spectrum build essential life skills and thrive in their daily environments.

As a Behavior Therapist, Cindy works closely with families and clients under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, applying the evidence-based principles of ABA. She is dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality support that fosters independence, builds healthy boundaries, and creates meaningful, lasting change.

Cindy has a natural ability to connect with both children and adults, bringing compassion, patience, and purpose to every interaction. Whether working one-on-one with a child or guiding families through their goals, she is committed to empowering others with empathy, energy, and expertise.

Shannon Miller
Shannon has been dedicated to working with children for several years and brings a wealth of hands-on experience from her roles as a paraprofessional, YMCA camp counselor, and mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
She has a special passion for supporting children with special needs and takes great pride in helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
Currently pursuing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, Shannon works as a Behavior Therapist at Compassionate Care ABA. She has experience providing center-based, school-based, and home-based ABA services, and is known for her creativity, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Shannon is an avid animal lover who dreams of owning her own farm one day. She’s known at the center for her vibrant, welcoming office and her ability to brighten anyone’s day—always going above and beyond for the children, families, and team she works with.

Child and Family Support Therapist & Liaison
Aisha Louis-Jean, MSW
Aisha Louis-Jean is a Child and Family Support Therapist and Liaison at Compassionate Care ABA. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Monmouth University with a concentration in Global and Community Practice, graduating with advanced standing in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership.

Aisha brings diverse experience across case management, school-based therapy, eviction prevention, nonprofit program coordination, and mental health services. Her professional approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and a strong commitment to advocacy and social justice. She is passionate about providing holistic, client-centered support and empowering underserved communities.

A proud Haitian American, Aisha is dedicated to supporting immigrant families and continues to be involved in immigration services and community-based initiatives. Her journey in service began through volunteer work at soup kitchens, food banks, and local churches, experiences that shaped her dedication to social work and advocacy.
Known for her warm and outgoing personality, Aisha enjoys exploring new foods, traveling to new places, and embracing the joys of everyday life.

Hayley McLean, RBT
Hayley McLean is a dedicated Behavior Therapist at Compassionate Care ABA with over three years of experience in the field. She has worked across a variety of settings—including schools, daycares, homes, and clinics—supporting children between the ages of 2 and 15.

Hayley currently holds her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and a high school diploma, and she plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology to further her career in the field. Her journey into ABA began in home and health care, where she had the privilege of supporting a client with autism. Witnessing the positive impact ABA had on the client and their family inspired her to continue making that difference in the lives of others.

Known for her creativity and passion, Hayley enjoys designing sensory bins and developing new seasonal and themed activities to engage children in meaningful, fun ways.

Tearah Yullie
Tearah comes from a family of nurses, so her passion for helping others began at an early age. After high school, she attended the Community College of Philadelphia and soon began her career as a Home Health Aide. After several years in that role, she transitioned into becoming a Rehabilitation Technician, where she discovered her true passion for supporting individuals with special needs.

Eager to expand her skills and opportunities, Tearah was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and immediately knew it was the right fit. She has now been in the ABA field for seven years and continues to love the work she does. Tearah has experience in various settings, including schools, daycares, homes, and clinics, and she finds great joy in building meaningful relationships with the children and families she supports. Watching her clients make progress and reach their goals is what motivates her each day.

As a mother of three, including a child with an IEP, Tearah brings deep understanding, patience, and empathy to her work. Supporting children with special needs comes naturally to her, and she is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of every family she serves.

Kat Raker BCBA, LBS
Katlyn Raker has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over six years. Her passion for helping others grew through her experiences providing clinic-based, home-based, and school-based ABA services, where she supported individuals and families in reaching their goals.

In her current role, Katlyn focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and integrity within clinical documentation. She provides training and guidance to staff on a variety of topics, reviews session notes for accuracy and compliance, and leads monthly ethics discussions to foster ongoing learning and reflection.
Katlyn also plays an active role in addressing and investigating ethics concerns, helping ensure that ethical practice remains at the heart of the organization’s culture.

Leeanne is a Registered Behavior Technician, with more than 12 years’ experience
supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her
bachelor’s degree in social work from Cedar Crest College and her master’s degree in
Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
Throughout her career, Leeanne has developed a deep passion for working with
individuals on the autism spectrum. She is committed to helping each client reach their
fullest potential through compassion, individualized, and evidence-based support.

Leeanne focuses on meaningful, achievable steps that promote growth, independence,
and confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading,
boating, and training her dogs.

Amy Markey
Amy Markey is a compassionate, patient, and dedicated professional with extensive experience in both child and elder care. For more than three years, Amy has supported children on the autism spectrum, including those who are nonverbal and present with behavioral challenges. She is passionate about creating nurturing environments where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to express themselves in their own unique way.
Amy’s inspiration to work with children with special needs stems from her close relationship with her nephew, who is on the autism spectrum. Through this personal connection, she developed a deep appreciation for empathy, communication, and individualized care—values that continue to guide her work each day.

In addition to her developmental support experience, Amy brings over five years of expertise in elder care, having worked in a nursing home environment providing support to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. She formed strong, lasting relationships with her patients, who consistently looked forward to her presence because of her warmth, dependability, and genuine kindness. Amy’s ability to connect with individuals of all ages, coupled with her calm and caring demeanor, has earned her the trust and respect of both colleagues and those she serves.

Whether she is helping a child navigate daily challenges or caring for an elderly resident, she offers her full attention, compassion, and commitment. Jamie Zanzano
Jamie has dedicated her life to working with children and supporting their growth in meaningful ways. Her journey in ABA began while working in operations, where she discovered a deep passion for the therapy itself, witnessing firsthand the positive transformations it brings to both children and their families.

For the past three years, Jamie has worked directly with children diagnosed with autism, bringing patience, compassion, and creativity to every session. She believes in finding strength in every challenge and celebrating each child’s unique potential.

Beyond her work in ABA, Jamie is a certified yoga teacher of three years and an energy healer for nearly eight, blending mindfulness and holistic awareness into her approach with clients. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with animal and mental health organizations—especially those helping cats—spending time in nature, and getting lost in a good book.

Abby Marcinkowski
Abigail Marcinkowski is an experienced Autistic Support teacher with several years of dedicated work across residential, private, early intervention, and public school settings. Her career has centered on supporting neurodivergent learners and students with complex behavioral needs through evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized approaches.
With a background in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis and extensive hands on experience, Abigail has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams including BCBAs, related service providers, and families to create environments where students feel safe, understood, and empowered. She has supported learners from early childhood through adolescence, helping them develop communication, functional, academic, and social-emotional skills.
Abigail is deeply committed to fostering autonomy, dignity, and authentic connection in her practice. She values trauma informed, student-centered strategies and strives to understand each learner's unique strengths, sensory needs, and communication styles. Her work is guided by the belief that meaningful progress happens when trust, collaboration, and respect for neurodiversity are at the core of instruction.
Beyond her professional life, Abigail has a genuine love for animals, enjoys exploring new places through travel, and finds joy in cooking often using it as a creative outlet and a way to connect with others. These passions bring balance and inspiration to her life and reflect the curiosity, care, and warmth she brings to her work each day.
